For the safety and peace of mind of all our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any wigs, hairpieces, or headwear — whether worn or unworn.

Wigs are considered intimate wear, and once they leave our hands, we cannot guarantee they remain in sanitary, untouched condition. This policy helps us:
